Nat Robb
Founder
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Nat first visited the Cayman Islands in 1993, visiting several times year up until 2001 when he sold his Raleigh based computer company and ran away to the islands full time. After 8 years as training director for Divetech, Nat opened Indepth Watersports on Grand Cayman in February 2010. He is an instructor trainer for IANTD, TDI / SDI, SSI and RAID, teaching everything from kids programs through the CCR Expedition Trimix. He is also a PADI MSDT and DAN instructor.
Nat has dove all of the Caribbean, Pacific and anywhere else he can find rusty chunk of metal or hole to crawl around in! He loves to travel to faraway places, wreck & cave dive, be outside, cook, ride Harley’s and be with family & friends.
Arya Hintsala
Instructor
A snowbird from Finland, Arya is a lawyer turned dive professional living and teaching diving in places like Australia, Vanuatu and Indonesia. Arya is a Normoxic Trimix CCR diver as well as full cave diver. Working in Cayman since 2018, she is a TDI / SDI, IANTD, PADI, RAID and SSI Instructor teaching open circuit courses up to Advanced Recreational Trimix level.
Having dived in places like Fiji, Mexico and the Pacific Northwest she still has an undiminished passion for diving and the ocean. When not diving Cayman’s spectacular walls, Arya can be found planning her next diving adventure, probably while doing yoga! We are lucky to have caught this gypsy explorer here in Cayman, at least for the moment.
Steve Tippetts
Instructor
The token Brit on the team has been a diving professional since 2003. He has been teaching technical diving on both open Circuit and Closed Circuit Rebreathers since 2008. He is an Instructor Trainer for all levels up to and including Full Trimix. Able to offer training across the spectrum of agencies, (IANTD, TDI, SDI, RAID, PADI), Steve is also one of the original instructors on Grand Cayman able to offer instruction for Disabled Divers.
Although living in the Caribbean, Steve also has extensive cold water diving experience, and likes to pursue new cold water destinations for vacations. He has a particular soft spot for the wrecks in Scapa Flow, and recently found British Columbia, Canada to pique his interest. Steve has also dived as far afield as the Red Sea, Maldives and Mauritius, but for some strange reason, still prefers to don a drysuit for his vacation!

Go to places only locals are familiar with. Visit little known hideouts. Want the boat all to yourself? Great for groups and family fun! Fully customizable charter to fit the experience you want! Half days or full days available. We offer diving, snorkeling, stingrays, cruising, and boozing.
