Climbing
In 1992 two climbing fanatic's from Colorado spotted superb potential for sports climbing on Cayman Brac. Since then several world class climbers have contributed their skills and created over 70 bolted routes ranging from 5.8 to 5.12c. The lines take advantage of highly featured rock at several locations around the northern tip of the island. Some routes can be approached in the normal manner ie: walking or scrambling up to the base of climbs, however others are found on sea cliffs and must be approached by rappelling from the bluff top & clipping into a belay station, sometimes over 120' below & just above the Caribbean sea.
