Terms we publish, because we mean them
- 1 free spot per 8 paid divers. Bring 8, dive free. Bring 16, two spots free. Simple.
- Private boat at 12+ divers. El Puma runs at 12 - hit that number and your group has the whole boat, your schedule, your sites.
- Free shore diving at Turtle Reef all week. Book a week-long group trip on the boats and your whole group shore dives our home reef free - walk in whenever the boats aren't running, day or night.
- Non-divers welcome too. Buddies and spouses can join the group underwater - a SCUBA Discovery intro dive or Open Water referral gets them certified-ish and smiling by midweek.
- Direct line to the owner. No call center. Nat plans your week with you personally - from first email to last dive.
- Book direct or through your preferred dive-travel wholesaler. We work happily with both.
- Marketing support. Photos, trip flyers and site descriptions to help you fill the roster back home.
Two boats, zero crowds
El Puma - 40' Aventura Power Catamaran
Our flagship. Runs at 12 divers for comfort (18 max), with comfy seats, a bathroom on board, shade, fresh-water shower and easy entries. At 12+ divers, she's exclusively yours for the week.
El Gato - 26' TwinVee Ocean Cat
Built for stability, speed and comfort. Takes up to 6 - perfect as a second boat for big groups, a tec support platform, or a private outing for the non-divers.
A sample group week
Every group week is custom - this is just a starting point. We'll build yours around your group's experience level, certifications and wish list.

| Thursday | Two-tank morning at your group's favorite sites of the week. Farewell dinner in West Bay. |
| Friday | No-fly day done right: snorkeling, shopping, beach - or a tec try-dive at Turtle Reef. |
Got tec divers in your shop?
We're one of the few Caribbean operators with full trimix, CCR rentals and rebreather-diving guides. Run a mixed rec/tec week - we support both from the same shop.
Where your group stays
Our lodging partner, Coconut Bay Condos, is right next door to the dive shop - oceanfront condos steps from Turtle Reef, where your group's free shore diving is waiting. Roll out of bed, walk to the shop, dive. It doesn't get easier to run a group week. Tell us your headcount and dates and we'll make the introduction.
Bringing non-divers?
The Cayman Islands are the easiest sell in the Caribbean for spouses and families: Seven Mile Beach, restaurants, snorkeling straight off the boat, and stingray encounters on a private charter day. Ride-along spots on the boat are always an option - just ask.
